After leading globally the Metro Advertising Group, Andreas joined L’Oréal Germany in 2011 as Director Media for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In the beauty industry, he does play a key role in fueling the digital transformation with liberalised advertising deals. Since early 2016, Andreas has also ramped up the first inhouse trading desk team for programmatic advertising – a model currently being scaled across Europe. He has strong obsessions for ROI, consumer audiences and precision marketing, and above all for his three sons.
