Sales Manager DACH (f/m/d) at Adsquare in Berlin

As a Sales Manager DACH you will be a strong contributor to the Sales Team and will be reporting to the General Manager DACH.

Your Mission

  • Build strong relationships with key clients and partners (agencies, media buyers, direct advertisers, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad networks etc.) to help brands and agencies achieve their goals
  • Winning new clients for Adsquare from start to finish: Lead Generation, Prospecting, Pitching, Follow Up, Sending Proposals, Answering Brief, Negotiation, setting up their Account within Adsquare, closing deals and monitoring the first campaigns.
  • Create plans to define your selling strategies and tactics to meet and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets
  • Manage your sales pipeline actively in coordination with other teams by identifying key clients and vendor partners
  • Ensure a proper forecasting and opportunity management by using Adsquare’s CRM
  • Understand and adapt to Adsquare’s ongoing product and technology developments in order to meet client requests, if needed you check upon feasibility autonomously.
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to make sure that newly established clients are well taken care of
  • Reactivate accounts that have been dormant for over 3 months (supported by Account Management)
  • You effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and vision to partners and team members
  • Represent Adsquare in the mobile and programmatic community to develop a network and generate leads through conferences and social events

Your Profile

  • At least 2-3 years of sales experience in the data or programmatic industry, or in a media agency
  • Solid understanding of the advertising ecosystem and agency business
  • Previous experience in real-time and programmatic advertising; data management is a plus
  • Hands-on mentality to take over responsibility for the entire sales process in a fast-growing company
  • Proficient in face-to-face sales and cold calling
  • Passionate about winning new customers and selling them solutions that make their day-to-day easier to reach their advertising goals
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills combined with a good sense for business opportunities
  • Fluency in German and English
